SHIPPING POLICY

We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders ship within 1-2 business days after they have been confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day & items usually arrives within 4-7 working days from the date of order.

 

How Can I Track My Package?

We send out emails or text messages to every customer as soon as their parcel has left our warehouse with the relevant tracking details. Use the tracking details to follow the progress of your order. 

Note:

  • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
  • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

 *If prepaid order gets RTO due to customer refusal or any reasons from customer side the customer will get partial refund or only a reschedule shipment option
